About Us

The KC Kollel was founded in 2007 with widespread Community support. The vision was to introduce a group of Rabbis to Kansas City that can be dedicated to raising the bar of Jewish education and engagement.

Since the inception of the Kollel in 2007, the Rabbis have taught many thousands of classes, one-to-one learning opportunities and lectures throughout all layers and denominations of our varied community.

The Kollel also offers a range of informal educational experiences, including exciting Shabbat dinners, programming for Jewish adults with special needs and fun kids-residents holiday celebrations at our local Jewish home, Village Shalom.

Whatever background you are from, the KC Kollel welcomes you to our programs. We have a range of classes and events to cater for your interests, and we hope to see you soon at one of our programs.
